Angelo Mongiovi, Executive Chef, Italian/Spanish-Born, graduated from LE Cordon Blue Culinary School. Strong background in the hospitality & food industry. Currently performs a variety of chef services, one of them being personal training cooking classes.
Upon completion of this apprenticeship at several prestige restaurants, where he worked under the expert guidance of some great Executive Chefs, he then decided to start his own catering & private in-house Chef services.
Throughout his professional experiences Angelo has learned the fundamentals of classic French, Italian & Latin cooking and was promoted to be the Executive Sous Chef at several restaurants. Relying on his heritage roots, he fuses techniques and flavors derived from Italian, Latin and French backgrounds, making his casual fine dining experience extremely enjoyable yet affordable. With his on-going expertise Angelo has used his knowledge not only to prepare the most divine dishes but also has provided cooking training courses to several chefs around the world. He broadened his experience by working in Aruba, Italy, Canada (Montreal, Toronto & Ottawa) areas, among working & providing personnel training services to these restaurant facilities, he has also participated in non-profit community parties, Rogers day time, and was featured on Eat here York Region.
Angelo’s skills & ongoing passion for food creation has made him a natural born Chef. His creativity is unreal. His meals are tasteful & his passion has made his food a mouth- watering experience.
